Abstract
The method of material separation or cutting is among the most critical operations for obtaining the necessary form of the work material. Among the various processes, the machining process is perceived the most effective method for obtaining the necessary work material structure. During the machining cycle, cutting forces is considered one of the most significant predominant factors. Knowledge of cutting forces produced during the final milling process is used to achieve predetermined profitability. An attempt has been made in this paper to test the effects of cutting forces on deformation, tool wear and compressive stress during machining procedures and various types of optimization techniques. Metal cutting is considered to be one of the oldest methods to be carried till this date in any manufacturing industries or for personal metal cut, metal cutting is used for this process.
