Abstract
Pre-school is the ducation for those who is not yet eligible for formal education. It is for the child who is below the age of 3 to 6 years. The benefit of pre-school education is for children is lasted into adulthood. It can be helpful for the children brain development like-5rs- reading, rhym, reward, relationship. But now in our country or state i.e. Assam there is a major challenges occurred regarding pre-school education. It may be due to the illiteracy of parents or negative attitude of parents towards preschool education, here in this present study the researcher want to identify attitude of parents towards pre-school education and the facilities, problems and practices done by the pre-school education institution. The targated population in this study included four(4) pre-school education institution, 10 parents and eight(8) employees of Titabor subdivision, Jorhat district, Assam, India.
