Abstract
The present research study is the analysis of Zulfikar Ghose's poetry who is Pakistani poet writing in English.The researcher aims at analyzing his collection of poetry 50 Poems: Selected and New Poems in the light of Biopower theory of Foucault. The research study investigates the language phenomenon of his poem under the frame of Foucault's theory. His collections of poetry are embedded with the elements of Diaspora, exile, alienation, loneliness, strangeness and search as well as quest for his own identity and cultural values. Few poems will be analyzed from the perspective of power and biopower to present the notion that his poetry talks about power. This research is qualitative research in domain of Pakistani literature.
