MOTIVATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE: THE CASE OF NIGERIA BREWERIES PLC

Abstract
The paper seeks to assess the impact of motivation on organization's performance. A total of 100 copies of questionnaire were distributed to respondents that were randomly selected, and 96 completed questionnaires were returned. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics of correlation/ regression analysis were used for data analysis using SPSS v.24. The results showed that there is significant relationship between employee's performance and motivational strategy. The study thus discovered that motivation of employee promotes good quality performance, good labour management and job appreciation for employee. It was recommended among others that training and development should be given by management to improve employee's performance.
