Abstract
Being one of the main contents of corporate governance, self-interested transaction control is an indispensable requirement in enhancing the value and operational capacity of the company. While self-interested transaction control is not new in the world, it has not got enough attention in terms of both theory and practice in Vietnam. The article will deal with several concepts of self-interest transaction and some methods to control the self-interested transactions in public companies; on the basis of that, proposing a number of solutions to complete the law and improve the efficiency of the self-interested transaction control in public companies
