The purpose of this study was to determine the One-off and Collective brunt of swimming, Yogic Practices and Aerobic dance Training on Abdominal strength endurance among College Women. The obtained purpose of this study one hundred women students (n =100) were randomly selected from Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Kochi as the participants and their age ranged between 18 to 23 years. The selected participants were divided into four experimental groups and one control group of twenty students each (n=20). Experimental group I was imparted swimming training, Group II was imparted Yoga training, group III was imparted Aerobic dance training, group IV was imparted combined swimming, yoga and aerobic dance training and group V was control group. The duration of the training period was 12 week and the number of sessions per week was four days. 30 to 60 minutes training was given per day. Control group V did not participate in any kind of the treatment stimuli. “Bend knee sit ups” was used to determine abdominal strength endurance in both groups at the beginning of the training period “pre-test” and “post-test” at the end. Data were analyzed by using the statistical package program. To analyze the data obtained from the variables of experimental groups and control groups. Paired Sample T test and ANCOVA was applied as statistical technique. The test of significance was fixed at 0.05 level of confidence. In order to find and the significant differences between paired means Scheffe's post hoc test was applied. The results of the study showed that there is a significant improvement in abdominal strength endurance due to the 12 weeks Swimming, Yogic Practices, Aerobic dance and combined Training applied to college women students reached maximum abdominal strength endurance in the pretests and final tests. It is recommended to increase the objectivity by considering these issues in future researches
