Abstract

The current research aims to establish the effects of digital transformation and technological entrepreneurship in organizational performance when moderated by internal cohesiveness. The research aims at empirically validate the relationship between digital transformation and technological entrepreneurship and the moderating impact of internal cohesiveness represented by dynamism and complexity in these independent variable towards organizational performance. In the previous chapter, the independent, dependent and moderating factors using literature review of studies related to the complexity of organizational performance, including digital transformation and technological entrepreneurship, including the former and latter. With digital transformation, the components identified are openness, affordances, spontaneity, and with technological entrepreneurship, the components identified are information technology alignment, technological change and technological venture formation. For internal cohesiveness, two components were established, and these are dynamism and complexity, along with one anchor of the study being the dependent variable, organizational performance.
