Abstract

Current study investigated the moderated mediation effect of Trust between Social Network and Emotional Exhaustion among academicians of public sector Universities of Quetta, Balochistan by examining the influence of Emotional Exhaustion on Knowledge Sharing Behaviors of employees. Sample of 221 full-time academic staff members was considered to investigate the connection between variables. The findings of current research suggested that social network and knowledge sharing behavior was partially mediated by employee exhaustion. Trust moderates the negative association among Social Networks and academicians' Emotional Exhaustion. The indirect negative influence of Emotional Exhaustion on Knowledge-Sharing Behaviors of academicians' is also decreased. All hypotheses were accepted. The limitations and implication of the study, in addition to recommendations for future research, were discussed.
