Abstract
Digital marketing is changing the buying behaviour of the customers. Organisations are using digital marketing as a tool for creating the awareness about the products or service for targeting the potential customers with the help of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM (PPC), Social Media, and Content Marketing etc. Some factors influence the people for buying any product or service through digital marketing. Digital marketing change the life style of the customers and stimulate customer perception. These stimuli change the preference and taste of the customer so people are not using traditional way for buying the product. In present scenario digital marketing is playing important role for society for maintaining the social distancing and safety. Digital marketing also save the time and money. Through this paper we will identify that how these factors influence the customers for buying product through digital platform. A questionnaire will be formed and data will be collected from 100 respondents in haridwar region of Uttrakhand.
