SELF CHARGING OF ELECTRICAL VEHICLES USING P-TYPE SEMICONDUCTOR

Abstract
A new circuit is built up using P-type Semiconductor. The circuit draws zero current from battery to drive an electrical vehicle. Savings due to self charging of batteries is given. Calculation of P-type semiconductor resistance is given to match the Electrical vehicle Resistance.
