Peculiarities of manifestation of attitudes of leaders institutions of vocational (vocational and technical) education to other people in the communication process with consumers of educational services

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of the attitude of the heads of vocational education institutions to other people in the process of communication with consumers of educational services. There is a differentiated attitude to others depending on subjective, situational factors. A detailed analysis of individual indicators of the methodology allowed to clarify the peculiarities of the attitude of managers to other people, which specifically affect their communication with consumers of educational services. The conducted empirical research allowed to state the insufficient level of positive attitude of a significant part of managers to other people. Therefore, there is a need to change the attitude of heads of vocational (vocational) education to other people, which should be considered in the context of the problem of personal growth of managers. The need to develop a positive attitude towards consumers of educational services in the process of communication and interaction among the heads of vocational education institutions has been actualized. The expediency of development and approbation of specially organized psychological training in the conditions of postgraduate education, which will promote the development of personal growth of heads of vocational (technical) education in the context of changing attitudes towards other people to positive and active. The need to develop and test the appropriate psychological support of management in postgraduate education is also emphasized. Prospects for further research on the program of personal growth of heads of vocational (technical) education in the context of changing attitudes toward other people to positive and active.
