Abstract
Chronic diseases are the primary causes for the death in world. It is growing rapidly in the healthcare with complications in treatment for patients. This disease is characterized by gastrointestinal inflammation which involved in this application area. Databases are based on the assumption that human genetic information can be predicted. Understanding the phenotype of a patient is increased. Severity and risk of chronic diseases and measured by using extreme value theories. Storehouse of patient data is obtained during the daily care of patients. Electronic Healthcare Records (EHRs) have been developed to support doctors in their medical practice. Finally, different subgroups of heterogeneous diseases are incorporated. In modern life, predicting of health status for chronic diseases has become very important. Growing global competition and the need for sustainable growth are forcing organizations to adapt empirical methodologies. Healthcare companies use predictive analytics to identify and apply from new ideas.
