Abstract
In today''s consumer-driven economy, more emphasis is placed on companies '' intangible assets, namely goodwill and intellectual capital. It should be noted that together with the shift of focus from tangible assets to intangible occurs a shift of focus in the sources of the formation of these intangible assets — it means that all attention is paid to «virtual» sources — the Internet, social networks. The information that users receive from the Internet becomes a significant factor in the buyer''s choice of a particular product.
