Abstract
The article discusses the concept of a business processes, and also examines the three main categories of business processes that arise in the course of the life of an enterprise: operational, auxiliary and management. In addition, the article discusses the classification of automation systems, the business processes of Enerpred JSC, as well as risks that, to one degree or another, inevitably arise during production automation (and the risks that have already arisen in the course of activities, and those risks that may arise).
