Abstract
An Efficient Transportation of Electronics components play a vital role carrying form one place to other. Thus, there is a need to Design and Develop Elevating Mechanism, which will be mounted in a shelter for Transportation and Operation of electronics system. The elevating mechanism should be designed, to lift the desired payload through a height of 800 mm even on the uneven surface places. The payloads of the mechanism are highly sensitive equipment, so the elevation mechanism is designed in Solid Works 2015 x 64 Edition SP05 software tool for road transportation to meet JSS55555 (“Penta-Five” test, it is an antifungal product test for electronics) requirements. The elevating mechanism will be installed on a mobile shelter, and thus Mounting provisions are made in the shelter there by finding the Total Deformation, Equivalent Stress and Natural Frequency on the Component by using Ansys R14.5 Version tool.
