Design and Implementation of a Predial-Web Geocoder with Geostatistical Analysis for Coordinate Approximation

Abstract
This article aims to show the implementation and results of the development of a web server focused on the determination of the geographic location (latitude and longitude) through geocoding, and the evaluation of the positional accuracy of the geolocation achieved on a test of properties of interest. For the development of the system, a platform integrated by an Apache web server and the PostgreSQL database manager and its PostGIS spatial extension was used, the development of algorithms was done using JavaScript, HTML and CSS language, additionally the best location was determined of the non-positive points with the help of the IDW algorithm. In the same way, it is intended to make the reader aware of the characteristics of a tool with a high level of usability and free access (free licensing)
