Abstract
The article considers the probability of occurrence of an event of effective minimization of strategic risks in the implementation of enterprise reengineering in the digital economy and presents the first and second levels of the hierarchy for evaluating such an event. Inconsistent hypotheses of strategic risks in the implementation of enterprise reengineering in the digital economy are considered, which form a complete group of pairwise incompatible independent events, the sum of their probabilities being equal to one. To agree on an acceptable calculation error, an analysis was made of the generated random matrices corresponding to the compiled inverse-symmetric matrix of the 7th order of expert pairwise comparisons. A characteristic equation is compiled to find the eigenvalues of the expert matrix. By Gershgorin's theorem, Gershgorin's circles are geometrically interpreted, on which all eigenvalues of the matrix are indicated. A priori values of the probability of events of the full group of the main hypotheses of the strategic risks of the enterprise are found, taking into account the matrices of expert pairwise comparisons verified by the adequacy criterion. This became the basis for finding weight coefficients as the geometric mean of strings, which is taken as the probability of events of a complete group of the main hypotheses of the strategic risks of the enterprise. It is shown that such a theoretical and probabilistic approach will enable the enterprise management to effectively monitor the implementation of information technologies in the enterprise.
