Abstract

In the historical process of social development humanism receives practical implementation only in those forms that correspond to specific historical conditions. The modern complex crisis of capitalism is also manifested in the crisis of the concept of humanism — an important component of the liberal doctrine; in addition, secularization trends are intensifying in the modern world, therefore ideological constructions that meet the requirements of accelerating scientific and technological development are filling an ideological vacuum, in particular, transhumanism — an ideology that meets the conditions for the transition from a hierarchical society consisting of antagonistic social classes to a new network form of the high-tech society. In the cyclical dynamics of capitalism the Kondratieff cycles play an important role, in the process of the development of which fundamental technological and technological transformations occur in the system of social reproduction and the dominant worldview paradigm is modernized. The transition to the upward wave of each Kondratieff cycle is based on the introduction of basic innovations of a new technological structure. In the modern capitalist world-system the deployment of the 5th Kondratieff cycle is being completed. The transition to the 6th Kondratieff cycle will take place on the basis of the distribution of the technological structure in the global economy, in which technologies will directly and indirectly play a role in transforming the biosocial nature of a human. Based on the basic economic law of capitalism it should be assumed that the technology of improving a person in the capitalist economy will primarily serve to the accumulation of capital and also, with a high probability will contribute to the strengthening of biological inequality as a new form of social inequality: access to quality health services including the use of transhumanistic technologies will be determined by the level of income of consumers of medical services. The application of human development technologies requires an appropriate institutional regulation aimed at preventing the growth of social inequality and using scientific and technological progress in order to improve the exploitation system that is always inherent to the class society.
