CORONAVIRUS AS AN INTERNATIONAL PROJECT FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE CAPITALISM SYSTEM INTO THE INFORMATION-INTELLECTUAL PLATFORM

The article presents an analysis of conceptual changes in the modern system of global capitalism. At the same time, the aspect of the cardinal shifts of this capitalism at all levels and the transition from the technological system to the information-digital one is intensifying. It is noted that the vast majority of economists monitor these changes superficially by noting the phase change of the economic situation at the global and continental levels. It is also noted that the representatives of the Soviet school of political economy explain these socio-economic changes as a planned stage of biblical development of society. The change in the sectoral structure of the world economy during January-April 2020 by the criterion of capitalization is studied and a sharp decline in industry, international air transport and space industry is noted. At the same time, there is an active growth of the pharmaceutical industry and retail trade. Accordingly, it is reminiscent of the situation of the 2000s, which provided an outflow of capital and investment in IT technology. At present, there is a flow of capital into the pharmaceutical industry and at the same time the development of modern information and electronic corporations, which have formed a complete multi-vector digital business based on trade in behavioral products (human big data). It is proved that the information and digital communications that formed the FAGMA group reformat the entire modern economic system in the conditions of state-corporate capitalism into a single supranational control in order to create a post-human society like a «swarm» and work out new behavioral rules. At the same time, there is a formation and distribution of control in new areas of post human society.
