Abstract
In the paper is established the strategic directions of the implementation of protectionism policy actions, determined the structure and content of the package plan concerning the ensuring of national economic interests of Ukraine in the conditions of WTO membership. It is given consideration to the methods of improvement of the customs tariff shelter in Ukraine.
