THE REASONS OF DECLINE LITERACY RATIO IN MIDDLE SCHOOLS OF SHAHEED BAZIERABAD

The purpose of this study was to find out the declining of Middle schools in sindh, the purpose of this study was to find out the reasons of middle schools declining in Sindh, the middle schools have important place in our literacy department by these schools majority of the students get entry in the higher study, the object were as under, A, To study the reasons of decline in middle schools of Shaheed Bazierabad. B, reasons of turn down literacy ratio in middle schools. C, Assess the politics involvement in middle schools', D the administrative reasons of decline literacy ratio in middle schools of Shaheed Banzirabad. the population of this study was District Shaheed Benazir Abad with its four taluka's of Sindh .This study target 100 public Middle schools of District Shaheed Benazir Abad with its four taluka's of Sindh with random sampling .This was quantitative Research and survey method was applied, the finding of this research .that most of the candidate were agreed that the government could not produce proper facilities to these schools, while the political influence was also involved in these schools. Most of the political people made these schools for their personal benefits, properly our feudal, and land lord people for their sitting place. Same time the recruitment was not provided to these schools properly. almost teacher were remain absent from their duties in these schools same higher authorities could not look after them properly that's why most of the schools were not used for the teaching and learning purposes, only these were the sitting place for the landlord peoples. the feasibility of these schools were not provided as proper for any good schools so it is recommended that before start any school the feasibility should be proper teacher appointments should be properly organized in way ,same time properly look after these schools ,their teacher should be provided proper training time to time.
