Abstract
This study focuses on the amount of Stress experienced by bank employees in Lucknow, India. Further, this study explores the impact different personality traits have on mental Stress. The stress management tests are derived from respectful and responsible behaviors, the managing employee in a team, and managing challenging situations. Focus is the reaction to a quantitative easing that disturbs our mental balance and results in negative emotions. It is a part of everyone's life. Stress is the strain caused by daily pressures from the outside environment, which causes emotional distress. Stress cannot be avoided; but, how to manage it can be learned. A group of bank employees was surveyed for data collection and analysis involving the social sciences' statistical kit.
