CUMHURİYET DEVRİ TÜRK ŞİİRİNİN ANA HATLARI VE YAHYA KEMÂL BEYATLI POETİKASI’NA DÂİR BİR DEĞERLENDİRME-AN EVALUATION TO MAIN LINES OF THE REPUBLICAN AGE TURKISH POETRY AND YAHYA KEMAL BEYATLI POETICS

Batılılaşma merkezli modernite, yaşanan sosyal-siyasî gelişmelerle paralel olarak Türk toplumunda bilhassa, 17. yüzyıldan itibaren tezahür eder ve siyasetten edebiyata hemen her sahada etkili olur. Ancak Batı'daki Fransız İhtilâli ve Sanayi Devrimi'ne benzer siyasal-endüstriyel hadiseler direkt yaşanmadığı için Batılılaşma, Türk toplumunda “saman kâğıdından kopya” ya da bir “Frenk cilâsı” hâlinde, sathî kalmıştır. Söz konusu süreç edebiyat kulvarından hareketle değerlendirildiğinde, Albert Thibaudet'nin “nesiller görüşü”nden de hareketle Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar'ın, modern Türk edebiyatının “bir medeniyet kriziyle başla”dığı ifadesi öne çıkar. Bu anlamda modern Türk şiirinin ilk nüveleri, eski ile yeni arasındaki bir “çatışma” ya da “düalite” içinde zuhur etmesinden sonra bilhassa Yahya Kemâl Beyatlı bünyesinde, bir “terkip” veyahut “imtidâd” merhalesine ulaşır. Dolayısıyla bu yazıda, Cumhuriyet dönemi Türk şiirinin ana hatlarına öncü şâir ve yönelimlerden hareketle temas edildikten sonra, 20. yüzyıldan sonraki Türk şiirinin şekillenmesinde en önemli isimlerden Yahya Kemâl Beyatlı'nın poetikası üzerinde durulacaktır. Westernization centered Modernity manifests in parallel with the social-political developments in Turkish society since the 17th century and has an effect in almost every field from politics to literature but there are no political-industrial events like French Revolution and Industrial Revolution in Turkish society so Westernization has remained superficial for us in the form of “straw paper copy” or “Frankish polish”. When the process in question is evaluated from the literary track, Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar's statement that modern Turkish literature "begins with a civilization crisis" comes to the fore, based on Albert Thibaudet's “views of generations”. In this sense, the first examples of modern Turkish poetry emerge by going through the titles of “conflict” or “duality”, “synthesis” or “imtidâd” the differences between the old and the new. Therefore, this article will focus on the poetics of Yahya Kemâl Beyatlı, one of the most important names in the shaping of Turkish poetry after the 20th century, after the main lines of the Republican Period Turkish Poetry are touched.
