Abstract
Communal violence means violence against a group of individuals or a group of individuals. In view of the reality of his communal peculiarity, a person expected. Hate speech, speech or expression that denigrates an individual or persons by attributes such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, physical or mental impairment, and others, on the basis of (alleged) membership in a social group. This paper aims at comparatively analyzing the offence of communal violence between India and United Kingdom. The major focus is on the legislative aspect of both the countries. The research methodology adopted in this paper is purely qualitative.
