Abstract

An organization crisis occurs when an unexpected problem puts the stability of a company or organization at risk. The study indicates that non-availability of a suitable structure for evaluation of organization performance during crises such as financial crises, organizational crises, and technological and natural crises. The absence of an effective instrument for the evaluation of performance can abstain an organization from improvement. In this study, an attempt has been made to identify key OP indicators and then a multidimensional framework for evaluation of OP during crises To conduct the study, an analysis on some organizations thorough investigation was done to show the relationship between OP crises and managerial behavior related to indicators in various theoretical propositions. The potential of the research is that the findings can be brought into practice by some other enterprises as guiding principles for developing their framework for evaluation of the performance. Also, it may be the potential resource to assist and guide a change in organizational perspective for improvement ahead. As the various indicators have been highlighted in this study, it is imperative to understand the future research on the inter-relationship of these indicators is strongly encouraged.
