Abstract
Standards are generally seen as the tracks of teachers' competences that describe what teachers should know and be able to do. This study aims at developing and validating standards for the clinical teachers' performance at technical nursing institutes and assessing its applicability. Intervention research design was used to achieve the aim of the study.
