Abstract
Humans and computers are seamlessly bonding with each other to form the biggest organic network that feeds on data eternally. Networking is pervasive and allencompassing where each user and machine generates gigabits of data every day. This pushes the limits for every networking company to provide the best of services to every user. Packet drops have become a matter of survival. In both guaranteed and best effort services, packet losses are heavily costing on the companies. In the previous research work [Harsha S, Shubha Nagaraj, IJITEE, Volume-9 Issue-7, May 2020] an analogy and the analysis of the energy spent for rerouting packets in case of node failure, was presented. The consideration was that the external charges applied on the fluid were analogized to noise. In this research work we analyze a packet loss due to noise as well as node failure.
