Abstract
The present work exposes the necessary parameters to carry out the calculation of the thermal load associated to the areas identified as Command and Monitoring Center (CMC) and Technical Room, inside monitoring, surveillance, traffic control and security stations. The thermal load of the work areas under study is simulated under the existing interior conditions, and the load that the air conditioning system of the same study areas must comply with under new conditions (presence of new electrical equipment) is quantified, in order to bring and sustain the comfort conditions according to ASHRAE's thermal regulations.
