Abstract
This paper seeks to concentrate on the deployment of supply chain management strategy in the health-care field which is very challenging. Healthcare holds a primary stake within the provider financial system. Although some of the modern supply chain practices can be used to test the performance of service sector supply chain. Existing studies do not inspect supply chain management practices in an integrated manner and do not consider all reasonable execution measurements. To address these gaps, this paper presents a precise summary and develops the structure for identifying the supply chain management practices that may contribute to continual performance in hospitals. The purpose of the study is to improve the commercial enterprise strategies, making the methodology of Supply Chain Management to be more resilient, greater agile and as an end result more competitive
