Abstract
A rapid growth in the smart devices, the need of the bandwidth is more compared to the traditional mobile networks. It is necessary to deploy number of small coverage area cells which is called densification. Due to the densification, handover will be triggered frequently which increases the complexity in the network operation. A Self Organizing Network (SON) enables automation in mobile networks to support dynamic high data rate network. A Software Defined Network (SDN) can provide global view of the mobile network including the current status and data to handle dynamic change in the network. We proposed a Knowledge based software defined Network fast handoff (KSDNFH) algorithm and Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) to handle dynamic traffic and handoff which increase the network performance. The simulation results are shown that the performance of the network is improved by applying KSDNFH
