Results of structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis indicate that there was a positive and significant mediating effect of psychological wellbeing in the relationship between self-esteem and students' academic achievement. However, the direct effect of students' peer-support to their academic achievement was greater compared to its indirect effect through students' psychological wellbeing. This concludes that both psychological wellbeing and peersupport play significant roles in supporting the academic achievements of students. This study implies the significance of these variables to the academic achievement of students and accordingly government and university stakeholders should pay more attention in presenting these variables within the academic environment of university
