Abstract

The article is devoted to research, analysis and prospects of implementing CRM-systems with its further development and improvement in modern market conditions. CRM-system automates and reduces time spent on relationships with customers, simplifies the research processes associated with customers and makes it possible to obtain primary information about the consumer. The relevance of client systems began to gain momentum as a result of the glut of goods and services in the market as a whole, which was followed by a change in competition and the reformation of business goals and philosophy. This article reveals the importance of the CRM system as a customer-oriented concept of doing business, the relevance of its implementation in order to standardize the work of employees with customers and automate the operations required for this. The functional capabilities of CRM systems are presented both for the company as a whole and for its individual business processes, the effectiveness of which directly depends on successful communication with customers. Based on the positive impact of CRM on the life of the organization in the modern market, a list of opportunities for total control over the transaction with the client was also presented, the success of any company depends on its loyalty.
