Abstract
Cooperative societies are basically formed for the socio-economic wellbeing of their members. These members are instrumental in starting or keeping the cooperative business going and attain their goals only by working together. Cooperative societies provide various value added services for the benefit of the members like Seminars, workshops, Timely information etc. This study is mainly focused on the value added services offered by the rubber marketing cooperative societies and its influence on small rubber grower participation. The study was conducted among the members of the rubber marketing societies in the Kerala region. The respondents were 492 cooperative enterprise members. Study finding will provide additional insights in to how the cooperative marketing societies should improve their services. The results showed that the member's participation and value added services has got an subsequent relationship in the rubber marketing societies
