Abstract
The article presents new approaches to the use of Aloe Vera extract in a mixed drink for sale in the bar of a restaurant. Lemongrass extraction modes have been developed. Water's extract of lemongrass is a flavoring component of the drink. The mass ratios of components in the recipe and stage of the technology of preparation of the drink are established.
