CHOICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE LIMITED RESOURCES

The release of competitive production directly depends on rational distribution of resources. Resources of any enterprise are limited. The using the technique of marginal analysis helps to maximize profits in such conditions. Two possible options with the limitations of material resources and capacities are presented in the article. On their example, it is proved that the technique of the marginal analysis optimizes production structure and increases profit due to redistribution of limited resources in the most profitable goods.
