IMPACT OF CHARISMATIC LEADERSHIP ON JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

Abstract
The interaction between leaders and employees plays a key role in determining organizational outcomes and performance. Satisfied employees are more likely to be committed to their jobs and organizations, which should, in turn, lead to higher individual and organizational productivity. This correctional quantitative study was conducted to know the impact of charismatic leadership on job satisfaction which leads to organizational commitment. Data were collected through slef administrated closed ended questionnaire from banks employees of sukkur region. Results show that charismatic leadership has significant positive effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. It is concluded from empirical evidence that charismatic leaders are viewed as higher performers as compare to less charismatic leaders because they have Signiant impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
