Criminological characteristics of a convicted minor

The article presents the results of the study of the personality of a juvenile offender, based on the analysis of the socio-demographic and moral and psychological characteristics of the personality. The study of personality creates the preconditions for the development of preventive measures, especially of an individual nature, and provides an opportunity to predict the future behavior of a juvenile offender.
