Practice of involving businesses in the implementation of state programs on the example of the omsk region

The article discusses the issue of the development of the region on the basis of public-private partnership. Small and medium-sized businesses play a significant role in the development of the economy of the city of Omsk. The presence of small and medium-sized businesses directly has a positive effect on the level of employment, production volumes, tax revenues to the budget, thereby determining the rate of economic growth of the Omsk region as a whole. The main development priority in various areas is public-private partnership.
