Abstract
The problem of educational motivation in adolescence is assigned a significant role, since many adolescents have a decline in academic performance in this age period. The change in the leading activity from educational to interpersonal communication directly leads to a change in the motivation for learning, a lack of normal motivation, and an unwillingness to learn. The implementation of the presented theoretical model of educational motivation management will contribute to a change in the learning motivation of adolescents.
