Abstract
In this paper, we discuss e-waste, the trade of e-waste, the advantages and disadvantages of the e-waste trade. We also discuss the laws and regulations related to the e-waste trade at the national level in India. We find that the stockpile of ewaste has been increasing over the period both due to domestic production and the import of the e-waste.
