Gender Sensitive Teachers: Enabling Path to Equality

Teachers play an important role in the classroom, being a facilitator to all the students and a part of class her/him self. Other than the content, teacher also impact lives and aspirations of students dealing with the psycho-affective domain of students. Recognition of capability and assignment of duties in a classroom is primarily done by the teacher, which affect the confidence among students and in turn identity development of students.
