Abstract
Myopia is inherent mainly young, developing during the school years, while studying at the secondary and higher educational institutions and is associated with sustained visual activity at close range (reading, writing, drawing), especially in the wrong lighting. The article presents the main pedagogical principles that determine the contents, methods and forms of physical rehabilitation programs. The article also describes the author's physical rehabilitation program for young athletes with mild myopia, consisting of 3 blocks with a detailed description of exercise in each block.
