Editorial Dear Readers, We wish to announce the publication of Volume 5, Issue 1, May 2021. In this issue of May 2021, manuscripts were included from different disciplines. The papers that have been included in this issue are from multi-disciplinary areas and affiliated to different universities from different countries. As interdisciplinary sciences, the Journal of Interdisciplinary Sciences (JIS) makes every effort to present the paper of high quality, which can also create a high demand of author(s) effort towards academic collaboration. On this note, the JIS editorial reviews and initial screening takes a rigorous approach where the initial stage of academic collaboration begins between the corresponding author and the editors. It is a time consuming task but worthy to learn.
