Abstract
The article presents an mathematical model of the resources formation and distribution in the long-term development process for corporate structures, taking into account the dynamics and volatility of the markets, as well as alternative development options for each business. This research is based on the classic approach to optimization in multitiered systems, which involves the development of two types of models − the top (corporate) level and local models (for each business), but offers a new approach to harmonizing these models. At the base of the proposed approach to modeling is the process of coordinating decisions in a corporate system, which is based on replacing the iterative process with preliminary studies of models. The proposed approach realizes the idea of information exchanging «from below-up, top-down» in the corporate structure. The optimization for different values of resource constraints on local models forms two interrelated sets − resource values and corresponding parameters of the development trajectory. This information is used in an enterprise-level model, and the results of optimization are the initial information for the final choice of the development path for each business.
