The performance of these tasks in conditions associated with a constant risk to life and health, a significant number of employees causes the development of states of mental maladaptation. It can lead to socio-psychological disorders of vital activity, unfavorable personality changes, which in the future negatively affect the health of personnel, service and family relationships, increase the likelihood of various kinds of addictions.
