Peculiarities of managing innovative activity of the institution of professional (vocational and technical) education

Abstract

The article substantiates the need for the transition of a vocational education institution to a mode of innovative development, which is explained by the objective socio-economic conditions that have developed in Ukraine today. The main factors influencing the activity of staff involvement in innovation processes are identified, the motivational aspects of this problem, which contribute to the development of vocational education through radical innovations in the activities of vocational education institutions, and organizational and pedagogical conditions for intensifying innovation teachers in vocational education as one of the most important areas in the development of vocational education. The author determines the choice of innovative projects for the development of vocational education on the basis of medium-term and long-term forecasts, substantiates that innovative development of education is possible only with a high degree of integration with science and industry, involvement of students in research, their participation in applied problems in the educational process, the use of new information and pedagogical technologies, computer tools. Innovative educational activities in a broad sense provide for the improvement and deepening of the integration of the educational process with fundamental, applied research and practical tasks. The developed method of assessing the pedagogical effectiveness of innovations in vocational education allows to assess the quality of management of vocational education institutions, identify the need for innovation, identify problem areas of vocational education, and promotes operational management decisions. The experiments conducted in the course of the research prove the possibility of realization of the developed goals and pedagogical efficiency of the offered pedagogical model of management of innovative activity of the institution of professional education
