ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION AMONG NON-RESIDENT INDIANS

Abstract
Entrepreneurship growth is a nowadays a parameter for measuring the economic development of countries. Well-formed entrepreneurial intention is the key for venture creation process. In the present study the entrepreneurial intention is tried to examine in the Kerala environment in the light of Theory of Planned behavior. In the research work the association of Attitude towards Entrepreneurship, Perceived Behavioral control and Social Norms with Entrepreneurial Intention is studied by employing SEM. The study shows that the Attitude towards Entrepreneurship and Perceived Behavioral control have highly significant influence on the development of Entrepreneurial Intention among Non-Resident Indians. At the same time the Social Norms have not at all a significant influence on the development of Entrepreneurial Intention among NRIs in Kerala.
