Abstract

The issue of personal position and its development of future specialists of preschool education is relevant for several reasons: the lack of Ukrainian and foreign theoretical and experimental research in this area; the significance of the personal component for assessing competence as an integral characteristic of HEI graduate; the predominance of attention of scientists and educators to the professional readiness of future professionals in comparison with personal; lack of methodological tools for the implementation of a holistic approach to the development of personal position as a complex phenomenon. The article presents the following aspects of solving thisscientific issue: the content and structure of the leading category is clarified, criteria and indicators for assessing personal position are developed, and the author's model of its development in a free economic zone is proposed.
