The need to move to digital transformation

This article examines the transformation of organizational culture in the context of digital transformation, which today is a mandatory requirement in almost every industry. The main factors that determine the digital culture are identified: risk, a short-term development strategy, interaction between specialists from different companies, and destruction. The values that digital culture brings to the organization are studied.
