Abstract
Author justify that in the distribution grid companies the requests flow for technological inclusion into electric networks is subordinate to the Poisson law intensity of which may be determined on the basis of the offered regression model. Request subflows in the general flow depending on category of the applicant and the declared capacity are emphasized.
